We currently deliver to almost all addresses within India. If your location is not within our shipping zones, kindly contact our customer service team for assistance.2. Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation of the order. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on the quantity and availability of the items ordered.Please contact customer service for the most accurate information.3. Cash on Delivery (COD):
If a customer rejects a COD parcel, they will no longer be eligible for COD on future orders. Any future COD orders placed by the same customer will be subject to cancellation at our discretion.Order rejections result in forward and return shipping costs, which we must bear. Given our thin margins and truly wholesale pricing, we are unable to absorb these costs.4. Shipping Methods and Providers:
- Standard Shipping: This is our default shipping option, providing reliable delivery within a timeframe at a predefined cost based on the weight (including volumetric weight) of the items ordered.
- Free Shipping: Free shipping is available across India on standard serviceable pin codes for orders with a net order value above ₹10,000 (excluding GST).
- For non-standard / ODA (Out of Delivery Area) pin codes, a fixed shipping charge of ₹499 will be applicable, irrespective of the order value.
- The determination of standard vs. ODA pin codes is based on our logistics partners’ serviceability.
- Customized / Tailored Shipping: This option is available for orders above ₹10,000. We discuss the most effective shipping method with the customer based on their preference and urgency. Available options may include rail transport, VRL Logistics, intercity bus services, Gati, Delhivery, and similar shipping methods.
- Self-Pickup: This option allows you to pick up your order directly from our godown location, with no shipping costs incurred.
5. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order, the selected shipping method, and the delivery destination.- For Standard Shipping, applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- Free Shipping applies only to eligible orders above ₹10,000 (excluding GST) and standard serviceable pin codes.
- For ODA / non-standard pin codes, a fixed charge of ₹499 will apply even if the order qualifies for free shipping.
- For Customized / Tailored Shipping, shipping costs will be discussed and finalized with the customer. If shipped on a “to pay” basis, customers can settle the amount directly with the logistics partner at delivery.
6. Delivery Time:
Most pin codes can expect delivery within 7 days. However, for some regions, delivery may take around 10–12 days.7. Order Tracking:
Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.8. Delivery Attempts:
If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery or leave a notification.9. Delivery Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.10. International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to Bhutan and Nepal. Please contact customer support for details.11. Order Status Inquiries:
