Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Comfi Cottons, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns Policy

No questions asked – easy returns!

If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery. No hassle, no explanations needed.

Please note:

  • Items marked non-returnable at the time of order are not eligible.
  • Customized items are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • Products showing signs of wear and tear will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
  • For orders shipped under a Free Shipping offer, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the actual forward shipping cost. Forward shipping charges will be calculated at ₹20 per kg, based on the higher of the dead weight or volumetric weight of the shipment.
  • As we maintain true wholesale pricing with narrow margins, shipping charges (both forward and return, where applicable) are non-refundable.

How to Send Returns:

  1. Contact our customer support team within the eligible return period and provide the list of item(s) you wish to return.

  2. After reviewing your request, we will issue a Return Authorization Note containing a unique reference number and details of the approved return items.

  3. Please print the Return Authorization Note and include it inside the parcel.

  4. Securely pack the approved item(s) in their original condition and packaging, attach the issued Return Authorization Note (RAN), and courier the parcel to the following address using any courier service of your choice. Please note that we currently do not provide return pickup facilities.

  5. Upon receipt of the parcel, we will verify the returned items against the Return Authorization Note and inspect the quantity and condition of the goods.

  6. Once the return is approved after verification, the applicable refund will be processed as per our Returns Policy.

Important: No return shipment will be accepted or processed without a valid Return Authorization Note. Comfi Cottons shall not be responsible for unidentifiable return parcels received without a valid RAN number and reserves the right to reject such returns and refund.

2. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


3. Minor Imperfections Disclaimer

We strive to deliver high-quality hotel-grade linen. However, due to the nature of textile items and bulk packaging, very minor imperfections may occur. Examples include:

  • A loose thread here and there
  • A small speck of dust
  • A light mark that disappears with gentle rubbing or the first wash

⚠️ These are not considered defects and do not affect product functionality or usability.

Additionally, as with all fabric-based products, a size variation of up to ±3% (for example, ±1–3 inches on larger items) is considered normal and within textile industry standards due to fabric characteristics, stitching, and finishing processes.

👉 If you still wish to return the product for such reasons, you may do so at your cost. Once we receive it, we’ll send you a fresh replacement free of charge, including shipping.


4. Refunds Process

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days from the date the returned product is received by us.

Once the returned items are received and successfully inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund amounts will be calculated after deducting applicable forward shipping charges, return-related charges (if any), and payment gateway transaction fees incurred on the order.


5. Order Cancellation & Refund

Before Dispatch: If you choose to cancel the order after payment but before dispatch, refunds will be processed after deducting payment gateway charges, as these are charged directly by the service provider and are non-refundable.

Deductions applicable:

  • 2% of order value + GST for debit card, UPI, net banking, or standard credit card payments.
  • 2.75% of order value + GST for corporate credit card payments.

The balance refund amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment within 3–7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing timelines.

After Dispatch: Once the parcel has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled from our end. However, you may refuse delivery of the parcel at the time of arrival.

Once the parcel is returned to us, a refund will be processed after deducting:

  • Forward and reverse courier charges, and
  • Applicable payment gateway charges (as mentioned above).

The remaining refund amount will then be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 working days after we receive the returned parcel.

Customised Orders: Please note that customised or made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation or refund once confirmed.


6. Eligibility for Returns

  • You must request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • A digital receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Custom-made items are not eligible for return.
  • Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
